Library Orientation for Faculty: Library Instruction

Use this LibGuide to learn more about Lightner Library and its resources as well as the services the library offers to Keuka faculty.

On Campus Library Instruction Sessions

Faculty may request library instruction sessions to help their students develop their research skills and learn about using library resources effectively.  Librarians will provide subject-specific instruction sessions to introduce your students to the resources in their discipline.

Please contact Linda Park at lpark@keuka.edu. to schedule a library instruction session.  When requesting bibliographic instruction, please include the following information:

  • Course name
  • Date and time that you would like the instruction
  • Any specific topics or databases that you would like covered
  • A copy of the assignment that the students will be working on so we can tailor our instruction to best meet your students' needs
