Interlibrary Loan is a service that allows you to access materials that we do not own at Lightner Library. We will request materials from other libraries for your use. Currently enrolled students, faculty and staff can request interlibrary loan items free of charge.

Step 1) Visit ILLiad to sign in or create a new account.
Step 2) If you need to create a new account, click "First Time Users" at the bottom. If you already have an account, log in as usual and ignore the next steps (move on to the Requesting Items tab).
Step 3) If you clicked "First Time Users", scroll down to the bottom and click the button that says "First Time Users Click Here."
Step 4) Fill out the form using the address at which you currently reside. If you live far away from Keuka College and rarely visit the main campus, make sure to select "Mail to Address" for both delivery methods.
Step 5) Use your Keuka College email address. When you are finished with the form, click "Submit Information."
Step 6) You should receive an email within 48 hours confirming your new account information.
Articles and chapters or short sections of books are delivered electronically and take 1-3 business days to arrive.
Books, DVDs, and other physical items which are longer in length are delivered by mail and can take up to 2 weeks to arrive.
Either way, an email notification will arrive to let you know when your item is ready for you to retrieve it.
If you remember your password and/or are able to log in, you can change it by clicking "Change Your Password" on the bottom of the left-hand menu under "Tools."
