The online system makes it easy to see where in the process your request is so you have a better idea of when to expect its arrival.

1. Log in to ILLiad. Click Outstanding Requests in the left-hand menu.
2. Click the Transaction Number for the item you want to check.
3. Scroll down to see the tracking information.
